[English below] No dia 18 de novembro/2019 , às 14h, no Auditório do PAF-V, campus de Ondina da UFBA, a mesa-redonda “Olhares Negros: a perspectiva dxs artistas sobre as sociedades” reúne diversos convidados para discutir o
combate ao racismo no campo das artes. O debate será mediado por Letícia Menezes, graduanda do Bacharelado Interdisciplinar em Humanidades, e terá como fio condutor as experiências de Dandara Baldez (arte-educadora), Landê Onawale (poeta e historiador), Rebeca Thaís (cineasta e educadora) e Marcos Santos (músico e educador).
O evento é fruto do componente “Estudos das Sociedades”, ministrado pela Professora Priscila Cabral (BI em Humanidades – IHAC/UFBA), e conta com o apoio do PET IHAC. Haverá emissão de declaração de carga horária em atividades complementares para os participantes.

On November 18, 2019, at 2 pm, in the Auditorium of PAF-V, Ondina campus of UFBA, the round table “Olhares Negros: the perspective of artists on societies” brings together several guests to discuss the combating racism in the field of the arts. The debate will be mediated by Letícia Menezes, a graduate of the Interdisciplinary Bachelor of Humanities, and will have as its guiding principle the experiences of Dandara Baldez (art educator), Landê Onawale (poet and historian), Rebeca Thaís (filmmaker and educator) and Marcos Santos (musician and educator).
The event is the result of the “Studies of Societies” component, taught by Professor Priscila Cabral (BI in Humanities – IHAC/UFBA), and has the support of PET IHAC. A declaration of complementary activities will be issued for participants.
